Wow, sounds like you've had an eventful year, congratulations on all your amazing accomplishments!

And good luck with your resolutions. I feel you about the debt - I'm a second year law student in NYC, racking up debt fast!

Glad to see your posting again! Coming out to the parents can be a hard thing. But its like getting into a cold pool, once your in its fine. Good Luck. Let us know how it goes.

We share 3 similar events that took place in 2007. What a crazy year!

Hey:

2007 was definitely an eventful year for you. Both good and bad.

In terms of 2008 resolutions, I've been thinking about joining a gay league here in NYC or Pittsburgh wherever I end up but I keep pushing it back, maybe 2008 is the year.

In terms of the finances, I'm currently paying down my student loan debt myself and what I did was split my paycheck into 2 checking accounts. The first amount stored my budget of bills for the month any any remaining cash goes into my general "spending" account.

Works remarkably well for me.

Yes - you have definately had a landmark year. Me too, in some of the same areas. I'm proud of you. Good Luck with this years resolutions...

Except for the coming out resolutions, I share most of those myself! (I don't think there is anybody else I can come out to!)
